Jumpin' Rabbit Slot Machine

It may have been a couple of years since it was released, but these bunnies are still adrenaline junkies, the need for action ingrained into every fibre of their being. They’re like those friends you have that are always so daring while you sit out another activity, too scared to brave facing your fears.

The greatest part of Jumpin’ Rabbit, besides the fact that there’s bunnies hopping out of planes, is that it lets them do the scary stuff for you. You can stay at home, milling about your pyjamas for all they care, they just need you to to provide the fuel for their jets.

And if you’re thinking that there’s no way your heartbeat will flutter about like it would do if you were skydiving, that isn’t strictly true. Even though you won’t be flying through the air at incredible speeds, the 5-reels will be spinning about like wheels on a runaway car. Fast and frantic is everywhere in this game, so it doesn’t matter that you’re not outside doing the daredevil stuff. Sometimes playing at home can be just as nail biting.

Carrot for Good Luck?

Come on, what else would these furries take up there with them, a mug of tea? Impractical and far too hot. While carrots will be falling from the sky, raining down like orange gifts from heaven, there will be other items joining them on their rapid descend: wind gauges, aeroplanes, and helmets with goggles attached. As for the rest of them, well they’re less captivating and are card values.

At some point you’ll need to pop your parachute to soften your landing, unless you’re totally bananas, in which case you’re welcome to try it without. We’re doubtful the ground is going to be as soft as a rabbit’s fluffy cotton tail. When your material saviours glide you down, they may do so towards a target lined with cash, between 50 and 500 credits.

This is fun and all, but if this game intends to keep you entertained for longer than a couple of minutes, you’re going to need something else. Possibly 10 free rounds that leave your budget unaffected. For these to activate, as ever with a BBI title, players need to get a combo on a certain set of reels, mainly the second, third and fourth. Upon loading, a fresh set of reels will be given to you, with the opportunity of wilds increased due to the bonus nature of the round.

Whizzing along

Despite being up in the air, clouds all around you, you’ll still have need of your wallet. That is because, outside of the demo mode, players need to stake a min amount of 1 credit on the winline, of which there are 30. As is the norm with BBI Interactive, these payline are fixed into place.

Your credits can be increased to 10 for every line and so too can the value of them; you basically have a two setting bet system. You have to decide the number of credits, how much they’re worth and then you can finally begin. Selecting a worth is easy as there is a plus button to increase and a minus one to decrease, the values are between 0.01 and 0.25.

Whether you jump without thinking or not, there will always be a chance to spin again and with it an opportunity to set up the autoplay. The blue button can be found on the left hand side, and will give you several rounds to select from. You can stop them if you find that they make the game too boring or play them again if you can’t live without them.

Bombs away!

Having played a lot of BBI Interactive games in the past, this one feels much of the same, which isn’t a criticism of the brand as nearly every company out there is guilty of doing this. Nothing can truly be innovative, but when a game doesn't even try to give the illusion of reinvention, a title loses any shine it had. Jumpin’ Rabbit is too much like many other online activities, and sadly, there are better ones out there.
